Mon Cheri is a student-owned small business and does not yet operate from a physical shop
Payment Policy
Down Payment:
A 40% down payment is required within 24 hours after reserving your desired delivery slot to secure your order.
Full Payment:
Full Payment must be completed at least 3 days before your target delivery date. Payments made on the day of delivery or the day before will automatically be considered a rush order and will incur an additional PHP 300 fee
Cancellations & Liability
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Orders can be canceled or rescheduled up to 3 days before the delivery date. Please note that the 40% down payment is non-refundable, and only the 60% remaining payment, if paid, is refundable. Please email Mon Cheri for refund details. Same-day cancellations are also non-refundable, as flowers are perishable items purchased specifically for your order.
Delivery and Handling Liability:
Mon Cheri is not liable for any loss, delay, or damage that may occur once the order has been handed over to the courier service by the customer.
